HOW TO USE AN ESSENTIAL OIL DIFFUSER

First you get a suitable diffuser (many types of diffusers are offered by Agricana )

Put water in your diffuser (based on the diffuser capacity). Suggest to use a measuring cup.

Select an  Agricana Essential oil of your choice.

For every 100 milliliters of water, you may drop 3-5 drops of Agricana essential oil into the water.

Put the diffuser lid on and then it will mist.

Always give breaks. Try not to diffuse for a longer time (more than 30mins) without giving breaks. 20-30 minutes is the only amount of  time you  need for the essential oil to disperse through the room for you to actually receive the therapeutic benefits from the essential oils

Don't leave your diffuser running all day for a longer time.
